When you submit our quotation form we collect your name, company (optional), phone number, email address, site location, the service you need and any details you provide.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Third parties
Form submissions, and any site photos you attach (up to 5, 10MB each), are stored in private storage with our website hosting provider and are only accessible to us. Photos are used solely to understand the job before a site visit. The embedded Google Maps map only loads if you allow it in Cookie Settings; that provider then processes data under its own policy.
Your rights
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes information about pages viewed, your device and visits to help us understand website usage. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie Settings in the footer. Google may process this information outside the UK under its applicable safeguards. We do not send quotation details or contact information to analytics.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
